RELEASE and
INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

1. YOU and Quantum Energy Global agree:

(a) 'Services' means and includes those services provided to you by Quantum Energy
Global, including, without limitation:

(1) The Energy Enhancement System: a combination of scalar waves and photonic
light that generates a highly coherent space that supports your body’s natural ability to
unwind, realign, and return to its natural state of harmony.​

(2) The Platinum Energy Foot Bath: a unique technology that removes multiple
sources of toxicity. The system works with your body’s innate wisdom to release foreign
content safely.

(b) 'Released Persons' means 1556510 B.C. Ltd. doing business as Quantum Energy
Global, and 1556510 B.C. Ltd. and its directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents,
contractors, successors and assigns;

2. YOU confirm and WARRANT TO Quantum Energy Global THAT;

(a) YOU understand that Quantum Energy Global staff members are not medical
practitioners and that Quantum Global Energy staff members:

(1) do not diagnose conditions; and
(2) do not prescribe or perform medical treatment or prescribe medications or
substances; and that energy systems, or any other service provided by Quantum Energy Global does not
take the place of medical care and that it is recommended by Quantum Energy Global that YOU
seek the advice of a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any
physiological or psychological ailment YOU may have before participating in Quantum Energy Global services.

(b) I have read and understood the above disclaimer. I acknowledge that my
participation in the services provided by Quantum Energy Global is voluntary and
that I am participating at my own risk; and

(c) YOU will immediately remove YOURSELF from participation in the provision of a service
being provided by Quantum Energy Global and notify the nearest staff member of
Quantum Energy Global, if at any time YOU feel uncomfortable at any time or if YOU feel that
YOU have experienced a deterioration in YOUR physical, emotional or mental fitness.

3. YOU AGREE on behalf of YOURSELF, YOUR heirs, successors, assigns,
personal representatives that:
(a) Quantum Energy Global is not liable for my medical, mental, or emotional conditions
before, during, or following any service provided by Quantum Energy Global.

(b) YOU voluntarily assume all risk of loss, damage and injury that may be sustained by
yourself while at Quantum Energy Global. even if such risks arise from the negligence, or gross
negligence, of any of the Released Persons, and includes without limitation, any
compounding or aggravation of injuries caused by negligent rescue operations or procedures, of any of
the Released Persons.

(c) YOU waive and release any and all claims YOU may at any time have against any one
or more of the Released Persons with the respect to all injury, disability or death to YOU or loss or
damage to YOUR property, whether arising in contract, including fundamental breach of contract,
in tort. including negligence and gross negligence, or by breach of statutory duty, or any other
duty or any other legal theory, howsoever arising out of or in connection with the provision of
Services to you;

(d) YOU AGREE NOT TO SUE ANY of the Released Parties for any loss, injury, costs or
damages of any form or type, howsoever caused or arising, and whether caused or arising directly
or indirectly, from the provision of Services to YOU; and

(e) YOU AGREE to indemnify and save the Released Persons and each of them harmless
from any and all claims or purported claims against, or liability or purported liability of, any one or
more of the Released Persons:

(1) whether in contract, including fundamental breach of contract, in tort, including
the

1. negligent acts or omissions or anyone or more of the Released Persons, or for a
   breach of statutory duty, by any one or more of the Released Persons or from any other
   duty or any other legal theory, howsoever arising out of or in connection the provision of
   Services to YOU.

2. (2) from any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury, including death, to YOU and/or to
   YOUR property, howsoever arising in contract, including fundamental breach of
   contract or in tort, including from any negligent acts or omissions of YOU.

3. 4. YOU AGREE THAT THIS RELEASE AND AGREEMENT SHALL CONTINUE IN
   EFFECT AND APPLY EACH TIME YOU ARE PROVIDED SERVICES BY Quantum Energy Global.

4. IN SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, YOU AGREE THAT:
   1. YOU HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT THOROUGHLY
   2. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT 1556510 B.C. LTD. doing business as Quantum Energy Global and the RELEASED PERSONS ARE RELYING UPON YOUR WARRANTIES, WAIVERS, RELEASES, INDEMNITIES AND AGREEMENTS IN THIS DOCUMENT WHEN PROVIDING SERVICE TO YOU.
   3. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT YOU GIVE UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS YOU WOULD OTHERWISE HAVE.
   4. YOU SIGN THIS DOCUMENT VOLUNTARILY AND WITHOUT INDUCEMENT.
   5. This release and Agreement shall be binding upon my family, estate, heirs, or
   assigns.
